By engaging with and/or making any kind of booking with Astrid Heim, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and have become Astrid Heim’s client. Astrid Heim reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Astrid Heim serves as an independent Travel Advisor affiliated with Archer Travel Service, Inc. and Evolution Enterprises. Through her travel agency, Travel Is For Everyone, Astrid Heim is an intermediary between various travel suppliers and the public. Astrid Heim serves as a travel planner only and advises her clients on suppliers to book with based on their needs. She also shares affiliate website links where her clients can book directly with suppliers. Astrid Heim is only paid when her clients complete their vacation or uphold their bookings. In this document, a supplier is defined as a business or organization that owns, operates, or sells a diverse array of products including vacation packages, hotel or timeshare stays, shore excursions, tours, transportation, cruise lines, vessels, airlines, travel protection, travel insurance, rental cars, and attractions.
Astrid Heim does not own and/or operate any hotels, shore excursions, tours, transportation companies, cruise lines, vessels, airlines, travel protection or insurance companies, and/or attractions. As the client, you agree that once any kind of payment is made directly to a supplier, then you are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions. Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made. Once payment is made to a supplier, then Astrid Heim, Archer Travel Service, Inc., and/or Evolution Enterprises are not liable for anything regarding that transaction, including refunds. However, Astrid Heim will assist the client in understanding and navigating the supplier’s terms and conditions. If the client needs to cancel a reservation that Astrid Heim has made on their behalf, then she will assist with cancellations. Astrid Heim, Archer Travel Service, Inc., and/or Evolution Enterprises are not responsible or liable for any cancellation fees or financial losses resulting from the client’s decision to cancel their trip, the client’s failure to make the final payment, or cancellations made by suppliers. If the client decides to cancel their trip or does not make the final payment, then Astrid Heim will charge a $50 fee per traveler. The fee must be paid to Astrid Heim before she cancels a booking on her client’s behalf or when the client has stated in writing and/or verbally that they will not make the final payment.
As the client, you acknowledge that you have the free will to decline any options presented by Astrid Heim and/or when searching online using Astrid Heim’s affiliate website links. By making a booking with Astrid Heim’s assistance or making a purchase using her affiliate website links, you also acknowledge your role in choosing one or more of the items presented to you.
As the client, you also acknowledge that all levels of travel come with risk, including exposure to COVID-19. Astrid Heim, Archer Travel Service, and/or Evolution Enterprises are not liable for any personal or financial losses, damages, illness, injuries, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, unexpected disasters, and/or death that take place the day of travel, during your vacation, and upon return. You acknowledge that you have visited the websites below that may assist with determining the level of risk associated with travel:
